2025 Richmond Randle DT Chace Sims commits to Texas A&M
Texas A&M has dipped back into the greater Houston area today for its latest commitment in the class of 2025 as Richmond Randle DT Chace Sims has announced his intentions to continue his athletic and academic career in College Station.
Overall, the 6-foot-2, 300-pounder becomes the 17th pledge for Mike Elko this cycle and the second across the defensive front for Sean Spencer and Tony Jerod-Eddie.
Sims exploded onto the scene with some really strong junior tape. He's violent at the point of attack and uses his hands extremely well. He also has plenty of length in his wing span despite his stockier frame. He combines all those traits with some twitch off the snap, which results in a lot of production from his interior defensive line spot.
You can view his junior tape below.
Sims chose the Aggies over offers from TCU, Texas, Texas Tech, LSU, Washington, Arizona and others.
Stay tuned, as we'll have more to come for our TexAgs Premium subscribers.
