Posting this for anybody who goes to a game at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, SC in the future.
Columbia, SC
Flights/Drive
The town itself was nothing special, definitely recommend staying in Charleston or elsewhere. We ate at Hometeam BBQ and Publico in "Five Points", both food places were good with a bunch of TV's. A majority of their bars were closed day of game until 5pm
Williams-Brice Stadium:
**Uber pickup after game**
Walk to the Public Storage after the game and have Uber's pickup there for quick and easy pickup. See address below:

Columbia, SC
Flights/Drive
- Flew into Charleston, SC (about 112 miles from Columbia)
- Easy drive straight down Interstate 26 to get to Columbia

Williams-Brice Stadium:
- Far from the campus, our Uber picked us up from our hotel downtown and dropped us off right next to the stadium (15-20 minute car ride)
- Gamecock Village seemed to be their not as nice version of Aggie Park.
- Concession lines are LONG and take FOREVER
- Restroom lines are also LONG and take FOREVER
- Felt like I missed 1/4 of the game waiting in line to get food/drinks with how long the lines took
- Visitor Sections - downstairs sections 17-18 mid-lower rows (band sits in bottom of 17)
- You enter from the bottom of your section and walk up to your row
- Presentation and experience of the stadium was cool, would've been better with an Aggie win (obviously)
- Aggie players enter the stadium 2.5 hrs before kickoff underneath the scoreboard entrance of the stadium

Bars/Nightlife
- Five points is their ugly want to be version of Northgate
- Everybody raved about Jake's Bar but again was closed until 5pm on game day. Gave me "The Backyard" vibes.
- Very far from the stadium, don't recommend going after a game.
- There's a bar some people talked about being popular that's close to the stadium called "TLC sportsbarsc" but didn't go
Final thoughts:
- Eat/Drink before you go to the game, because the lines for everything are long and slow
- Stay in Charleston
- Walk to the Public Storage after the game and have Uber's pickup there for quick and easy pickup.
- Would recommend seeing a night game there at some point, but the functionality of the stadium is the worst I've experienced so far.
- If I ever go again I'd stay in Charleston all 3 nights and drive back after the game, Columbia was nothing special.
