Met RC at a luncheon he hosted on-campus with fans in the 10-0-1 season. 1994, IIRC. He is a man of high character toward whom is warranted high regard and praise as an all-time great Aggie head coach.

Got to spend a lot of time with RC working for the Batt from '93-'96. Super patient guy, never saw him angry in a press conference, didn't treat us any different than he treated other members of the media, unlike some coaches (looking at you, Barone).

Best coach in A&M history. Winningest coach all time in the SWC. Think about this...A&M lost a total of 4 home games during the entire 1990's.

Saw him and Dak and a few of his assistant coaches celebrating last night in college station. Dak was awesome and got in a pic w us. RC was having a good time

92: 12-0 regular season, 6-0 at home
93: 10-2 regular season, 6-0 at home
94: 10-0-1 regular season, 6-0 at home
95: 9-3 regular season, 5-1 at home

Four years total: 41-5-1 overall, 23-1 at home
