I think that was the first overtime game we have lost since joining the SEC out of several. Of course it was the most important. And of course it was against the team with the worst record of all those games

Honestly the bottom line is we're not that good of a football team.
The defense did not show up to play tonight and the offense has been very inconsistent.
We don't come out ready to play on either side of the ball.
We dig ourselves a big hole and then struggle to get out of it.
It's really bothersome to me that we're just not ready to play.
I hold the coaches accountable for this but I don't know what they can do to wake these kids up.

Hat's off to Reed. He's a freshman but he did everything he could to step up and put us back into the game.

Unfortunately, the coaching and some unfortunate plays held us back.

Everything is still in front of this program. For this newly minted generation of t.u. rivalries, this team gets the chance to start 1-0 at Kyle Field. The winner has the chance to set the trajectory of dominance. The losing team is set-up for an agonizing prospect of avoiding 0-2 and returning to Kyle Field in year 3. I hope & pray this team beats the hell out of t. u.

Hey there Brandon. Dude, what we saw tonight, and all to often has been occuring for nearly all of the 54 years I have supported Aggie football - out side of about a 10 year stretch. Wash, rinse, repeat. BAS is a very real thing. Aggie football is Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown.
