Weigman was injured agaist ND and tried playing hurt

Conner Wegiman "survived" last season with Texas A&M on Toradol shots due to a Week 1 injury.

Now that he's back home and healthy with Houston, Weigman is ready to show everyone he's remains a 5-star talent.

"Toradol is a very strong NSAID that should only be considered for the short-term relief of acute, moderately severe pain that occurs following surgery. Toradol carries a high risk of severe gastrointestinal side effects and can increase bleeding. Treatment with Toradol should not exceed five days."

I mean we knew, that's just confirmation.

I used Toradol in my practice for years after surgery and it was very effective but it is not intended for long term use or chronic conditions. There are better alternatives available. That said there will always be someone who prescribes off label

I think sticking with pre-season QB1 (not you!) for as long as physically possible helps keep the fans invested in the Spring Game!

I think we can manage 8-4 with Reed and then the backup when Reed gets hurt or exposed. Almost a certainty one of those 2 options will happen at some point.

Every year we seem to have an injury to QB1 in week 1-3 that either takes him out for the year or after which he seems to "lose his mojo". On top of that, we have position groups that look great early season completely disappear as the year goes on (looking at both of our lines this year). Obviously you never want to lose a starter if you can help it, but I have to wonder at this point if we have some issues in our sports medicine department that could be significantly improved from where they are at. I know injuries are just tough in the SEC, but it seems like we have been consistently worse than other teams in the SEC over the last several years despite significant staff turnover. At this point, there are not too many other places to look.
