People that support A&M but didn't go there--whatever. You have to realize that if you do not wear the ring, you have nothing invested.
Having a ring doesn't preclude you from posting moronic takes.
I am sorry you don't like the truth. Someone wearing an Aggie t-shirt can take it off and put on a Baylor, Tech, or U of Timbuktu shirt in 30 seconds and that is that. Us that wear the ring have time, money, and a lot more invested. Especially when our children wear the ring too. Truth.
You're wrong son. I didn't attend A&M because I didn't need to. I served my country for four years, and then started a successful business. Successful enough to put two kids thru A&M. They have zero student debt. I've also donated to A&M and have been a TMF member, donor and season ticket holder for 10 years. Saying that a person that doesn't have a ring hasn't invested in the school is flat out wrong.
It's unfortunate, but I have done and continue to do more for this school than a huge percentage of graduates.
We chose A&M as a family and I thank god every day for providing my kids this opportunity.
Sounds like we have some things in common
I too served my country and have scars to prove it. My oldest is about to be a senior at A&M and has a 4.0 gpa (Ag Eco) all while working, going to church and dating the same guy she met at church when she was in the 8th grade. He's class of 27 (A&M)
But neither of them has gotten on a plane to fly to an Aggie game, driven across state lines to see an aggie football game or Aggie baseball game. They've never been to a bowl game. They also never set their alarm for 2am to LISTEN to an aggie football game while living in some sheet hole country
Get off your high horse guy. My aggie Fandom probably dwarfs yours. Ive posted countless pics of myself wearing aghie gear in a bunch of stadiums not named Kyle Field
OU, Notre Dame, Miami, Troy, Mizzou, Ole Miss, LSU, Gainsville, Colorado..
Edit
I got you and the previous poster mixed
