Think it looks great. Agree on this not being our primary, but nice for a change.

However, there will be many who are going to be triggered because there is a bevel, a script Aggies, stripes in the end zone.

No, you're not.
It's a match to the throwback, which is fine, but it looks like what you'd get if you asked a kindergartner to draw an aTm logo. It died out for a reason.
Current non-beveled version looks wayyyy better.

Some people just like things because they're different, as a change up to the norm. But different doesn't necessarily mean better.
