If the call on the field is a fumble, Georgia should've been awarded a 99yd return and a TD. Blowing the play dead implies a TD (not the call on the field), forward progress (not the call on the field), or a fumble and Georgia recovered and was down (not even close to what happened).
And on the fake timeout, the H got gaslighted by Kirby. If you're going to blow the whistle, it has to either be a timeout or a penalty on the defense. Kirby should be fined for lying about not taking a timeout.
