You don't think if Bama, UGA, LSU, UF, or even the dildo waivers were undefeated they wouldn't be 1 or 2? Keep stacking Ws Ags! **** the doubters and double **** the haters! Light em up!

Not SEC Ready.

Those teams probably would be ranked #1 because they've all won a natty, and they know how to win.

We have to prove we can win it all and not collapse.

Aside from ND and maybe LSU we haven't played other top tier programs yet. We now have 2 of our remaining 3 on the road against Top 20 opponents.

SEC office scheduled our week off during Halloween JUST to try to get some of our players in trouble!

Nice try!

And if we beat them then they will fall out of the top 20 and that argument will still be used against us.

Yes, we are not a media darling and don't get the benefit of the doubt.

But none of that matters if we don't keep winning.

Mizzou has had our number lately and are not bad this year. We can not overlook them on the road as our fat little girl friends tell us we're invincible because we are not.

Focus boys! This will not be an easy win in Columbus but if we play our game we can keep the streak alive!

Neither has 99% of all teams in College Football.

Only Alabama has anything resembling a decent resume.

Wins over currently ranked teams:

1) Ohio State - Texas
2) Indiana - Oregon
3) Texas A&M - Notre Dame
4) Alabama - Georgia, Vanderbilt, Missouri, Tennessee
5) Georgia - Tennessee, Ole Miss
6) Oregon -
7) Ole Miss - Oklahoma
8) BYU -
9) Texas Tech -
10) Notre Dame -
11) Oklahoma - Michigan, Tennessee
12) Virginia -
13) Texas - Oklahoma, Vanderbilt
14) Louisville - Miami
15) Vanderbilt - Missouri

The Aggies have the #1 Strength of Recoed in college football. Let's see if the Committee awards that. The media seems to overlook things in order to do what they want. Saban says A&M and OSU have clearly separated themselves as the two best.

Where are you getting this?

I see it often here. Maybe it's always you, but I don't find anything saying A&M's schedule is even top 10 in difficulty.

There is a difference between strength of schedule and strength of record.

Here is ChatGPT's explanation.

1. Strength of Schedule (SOS)
What it measures:
How difficult your schedule was based on the quality of the opponents you played (and sometimes where you played them).
In other words:
Quote:

SOS looks forward or outward how tough was the slate of games you had to face, regardless of the results.

Example:
  • If you played Georgia, Michigan, and Texas, your SOS is very high, even if you lost two of those games.
  • A team in a weaker conference might go 120 but have a low SOS if they mostly played unranked opponents.
Why it matters:
The committee uses it to judge whether a team's record was earned against good teams or padded with easy wins.

2. Strength of Record (SOR)
What it measures:
How impressive your actual results are how likely it is that an average Top 25 team would have your record against your schedule.
In other words:
Quote:

SOR looks backward given who you played, how good is your record compared to what would be expected?

Example:
  • If you're 10-1 against the 5th-toughest schedule, your SOR will be very high because few teams could match that record against that schedule.
  • A team that's 10-1 against the 60th-toughest schedule would have a lower SOR even with the same record.
Why it matters:
It rewards teams that win tough games, not just teams that played them.

As far as difficulty goes, A&M's SEC schedule has been one of the easiest in the conference. Its weird that this "strength of record" keeps getting proped .

Its my guess that some of our fans have been reading what rival fans are saying about A&Ms record and theyre countering with this

Here's the text directly from ESPN at the bottom of that page:

Quote:

  • SOS: Strength of schedule played, from perspective of an average FBS team.
  • SOR: Strength of record - Reflects chance that an average Top 25 team would have team's record or better, given the schedule.

I saw an ESPN comment that the average top 25 team had only a 5% chance of making it through our schedule (to date) undefeated.

It has been all over ESPN, SEC Network, CBS Sports, everybody taking about the Committee ranking has said it. They showed the metric used too. It is the average record of the top 25 teams if they played our schedule. Only 5% would be undefeated. But it has been mentioned everywhere on sports TV.

While I do agree with your point, the defending national champs are also undefeated so they are justifiably ranked No. 1.
Indiana being above us is stupid, but what do you expect?

Head down, and just win, Baby!

It doesn't matter at this point. Win the games ahead of us and go 1-0 each week.

Probably not if an undefeated Ohio State last year national champ.

Yep

Can't rest on our past accomplishments when we don't have any.

We have to prove it for once. Until then, everyone should be expected to doubt us. We've earned it.

In case some of you don't remember, we entered November last year undefeated in the SEC at 5-0 and finished 5-3 after going 1-3 in the month of November. There is still a lot of work to do, we haven't accomplished anything yet.
