I got a little side business in the form of an online tshirt store. Every tshirt is $25, every sweatshirt is $40 (regardless of size), and shipping is always free. It costs at most $5 to ship something and decreases with the number of items per order. There is no way you should be charging a separate fee for shipping, even if you just roll it into the cost. All that does is piss people off.

On a separate note, who are you using for shipping? $11 seems pretty high even if you are including the packaging. When I send out swag, promo, and influencer boxes I use Pirate Ship and it's about $5-$7 for 3 day ground anywhere in the US. That's for actual boxes with books, swag, and mailers inside.
