Again that should have been done last offseason. Fire the special teams coach for deciding this was best.

Elko brought Spec Teams coach from Duke.

He's being too loyal. Blocked punts, bad kicking, etc.

Bond is 43/47 within 40 yards for his career and he's never missed an XP. It gets dicey outside of 40, but I'd prefer the more reliable option. Of course I don't know what's going on in practice.

Wouldn't matter. The team was exposed for being mediocre with a weak schedule losing to a worse mediocre team . Elko is no better than Jimbo.
