We still worried he's gonna get scooped up? Terrible showing thus far against a defense that has been lit up recently.

Agree. Running a low percentage deep ball pass play on 3rd and 2 is the definition of stupid.
you evaluate people on body of work not on a single game or a single play call. He was objectively terrible tonight. Three possessions given away in the second half alone by bad play calling. That said, Klein still gets an a- or b+ on the season for me. Did he make bad calls throughout the season? Of course, but tonight was the first game he lost. And frankly, with the way, the playoffs work, the only thing that matters is the next 4 games.
What can we do to get him to take the North Texas job?
I've seen seventh grade B team coaches call a better game than him.

Not good offensive play calling, but the defense was horrific all night.

The only thing I can say in defense of Klein is that it must be frustrating to have such an up-and-down quarterback. I wonder how much of the conservative play-calling to start the second half was to try to settle Reed and get him into rhythm?
Well in two games his offenses has put up a whopping 17 points against horn...let that sink in.
