I never watch post game pressers because they see meaningless.

Worth the watch. I learned more in his press conference tonight about why we lost than all of Jimbo's combined.
I don't care what he has to say
Season is over because he couldn't finish
And he's fat
I'm sorry - are you perfect?? I'd bet the ranch that you aren't.
What are you sorry about?
Not a damn thing. I supposed I should have said "excuse me" rather than "I'm sorry"…..
Yeah weird that you were apologizing.

Did you learn we lost because they are a better program from top to bottom

Did he throw another temper tantrum like an 11 year old? He's cringe even in most wins.

He represents the university. Push away from the table. Get rid of the candy bowl. Use the treadmill. Good for health alone.

What is people's obsession with the way he looks? I didn't realize we had so many perfect specimens of Aggies walking around the world.

Elko basically said "execution". Was exactly like Jimbo.
No, it wasn't. He took responsibility and said (paraphrase) " we need to look at what we're asking these kids to do and make sure they can do it"
Jimbo NEVER took responsibility for anything.
Completely different coaches.

It's just something people say when they disagree with what they're hearing or reading. It doesn't mean they're literally sorry. Is English your second language? I've heard it can be confusing with all our idioms, figures of speech, etc.

3rd and 2 40 yard incomplete was when I knew we were in trouble. Offensive play calling was atrocious.

He's got a point, the game passed by 48 year old Saban, Pete Carroll, and Harbaugh. It's also clearly passed by Cignetti, Joey McGuire, Venables.the more coolest guy said:
Never. He's 48 years old, 11-1 and he will never learn another thing about football or defense ever. Great post.

Nobody cares about post game press conference anger. It doesn't matter and is completely performative. It would be like getting angry after failing a test. In the end it's still a loss.

Wish he was asked at the presser:
"For the second straight year, it came down to winning the last conf game of the year for A&M to go to the conf champ game….you've lost both and were outcoached in both. Can you tell us the status of your program thus far after both outcomes?"

that is a very overrated quality... much prefer a coach explaining why we won.

Ain't waisting time on that. His body language in the second half said enough.
Why are you here?

This would seem easy.
Last year no playoffs.
This year playoffs.
While not ideal we are 11-1 this year which is light years better than last year.

I'm not perfect and no one is, but I think the point about Elko and his weight is that he's asking his players and the staff to commit to a culture of hard work and dedication and telling us fans the same, yet he's huge which pretty much shows a lack of hard work and discipline to his health. It's like Chris Christie giving health advice during covid.

Apples and tractors. Not even close in similarity. Someone can be a super hard worker, completely dedicated to their craft and expect excellence in the people they are teaching said craft and be big as a house or thin as a rail. Now, if he is expected to run and perform that would be something else. If he was a dietician or a weight loss specialist, you might have an argument. Heck, even if he was a doctor, I'd give it to you. Are you saying that if Saban was in a wheelchair, then he wouldn't be a good coach of young men?
