I was graced with the presence of some sips last night. Kept telling them we are a second half team. I also joked about them not getting into CFP.

Having slept on it, that's a weak take. We wanna go deep in the playoff only to hear how they were able to beat us?

Put the sips in and let's go win something that matters. BTHOcfp. BTHOtu.

They can talk and gloat all they want, they earned it. That doesn't change the fact they're not going to the playoffs. They're 9-3 with a loss to bottom dwelling Florida and it took OT to beat bottom dwelling Kentucky and Mississippi St. They won a rivalry game at home at night. Oh well, good for them. It's time to move on and focus on the task ahead. Great teams take adversity and turn that into lessons and motivation. Let's Go! The Ags have playoff games to win.

Everyone wants us to go play in the cfp but we don't want to play that ONE team. Are we playing to potentially be the best or just pretty good?

I get it, they have 3 losses. They are better than anyone in the ACC, would put money on it.

Texas has to jump all the way to #10 to get in.

If they finish 11 or 12, they aren't in the playoff. ACC Champ will be 11 and G5 Rep will be 12.

Shouldn't have lost to Florida and they don't have wins vs 3 teams currently in the top 10. It's 3 teams that were top 10 when they played them which is somehow the narrative for them but for us it's "who have we played that are ranked now".

Keep em out of the playoffs.

You cannot assess the resume of a 3 loss team without assessing the resumes of all the 0-1-2 loss teams above and around them also. At the end of today there is a good possibility there are going to be 8 teams with 0-1 losses. That leaves 4 spots. Take the G5 champ and the ACC champ and that's 10. There are probably a dozen 2 loss teams after that. Surely 2 deserve a spot before 3 loss Texas.

3 teams in top 10? OU and TAMU - Vandy isn't in Top 10. And they lost to a 3 win Fla. A 25 point loss to UGA. Full season resume has to count.

They've lost to Ohio State and got punished by Georgia, as well as an awful Florida team.

Then they squeaked by bottom dwellers MSU and Kentucky.

They're a good team, but there's too many other good teams with better records ahead of them.

They do NOT deserve to be the the CFP. Why? Do you think that if we had the exact same resume and had beaten tu last night we'd remotely be in the conversation?!?

Whorns get in thanks to Aggies being unprepared, unmotivated and poorly coached. Then the CFP drops us to 9 and we open the playoffs in Lubbock, another place we can't win at. After watching them for 40 years, this is the Aggie way.

Seems all the Aggies magically forgot Texas lost to 3-8 Florida. Don't lose to Florida and they are likely the 6-7 seed range. The only prayer they have is Alabama and OU losing today.

Sadly I agree. If they dont get in, that doesn't bold well for any SEC team once we go to 9 conference games next year.

If OU beats LSU and Bama beats Auburn (both likely), you'd be asking the committee to put SIX SEC teams in if tu gets in.

GTFO with your BAS - we went 11-1 with SOR of 1 and SOS in the teens. You are weak minded to buy into the narrative that we aren't worthy because of a weak schedule. 1 game of garbage doesn't wipe out an entire seasons work.

We've had several games of garbage, but we've been able to make up for them.

We couldn't last night. We are still a top 10 team, but we need to learn to play like one from the first whistle, which we haven't been able to all season, for some reason.

While I agree. We really have played no one besides Notre dame(win) texas (loss) and maybe midzou (win)

The year we won our last Conference Championship in '98 (2 years after I graduated), the 'sips beat us.

That same sheyot happened again this year.

Except we're prolly not gonna get us a Conference Championship.

Sirr Parker ain't here no more, Ags.

But there's just as much talent on the roster.

We just failed to utilize it effectively.

It sucks when that happens. But it does.
