It is all Sam Houston's fault.

You need to win games. Looking at it another way Ohio State is being rewarded for beating tu early in the season.

It makes me LOL to hear sip say in one breath that A&M is way overrated but in the next breath say "we beat the #3 team so we should be in". So which is it?

Not convinced that tu is out. They bring a lot of eyeballs to their games, and if it is even remotely possible the committee will find a way to get them in.
But all ya'll should stop talking trash about them. The've curb-stomped our team twice in a row. Beat them some time, and then you can crow.

Even if they dont, they should.
Tech, Indiana, Oregon all are benefitting from beating 4 cupcakes
Two things can be true at the same time. OSU and Indiana had cupcake schedules, but they're also both VERY good.

If Texas doesn't get into the playoff I think they should cancel future games against Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame and anyone else that has the potential to start the season in the top 25.
Texas had one of the easiest schedules in SEC history, again. It only turned out a little better because Vandy's 3-stars did better this year. And because you get credit for beating OU's injured QB. Otherwise, your schedule sucked beyond Georgia who blew yall out again and A&M without Moss & then a QB injured in 1st Qtr. And you couldn't have beaten any power-5 team in Week 1 with Arch throwing grounders.Faustus said:Who?mikejones! said:
I agree that might be the case. But you cant **** on the aggie schedule, punish us and not do so to our peer competition.
That's the point
I wasn't ****ing on A&M's schedule as much as pointing out the fallacy of the poster saying Texas had an easy SEC sked.
It's been a fantastic year for A&M and I'm jealous of y'all heading into the playoffs. Last year was so much as a Texas fan. Shades of March madness collecting wins into the postseason.
I'd say I wish you all luck but really I hope it's one and done.
Indiana about lost to Penn State's backup QB. They're suspect, unless they beat or almost beat Ohio St this wkd.Jeeper79 said:Two things can be true at the same time. OSU and Indiana had cupcake schedules, but they're also both VERY good.Who?mikejones! said:

Hello, beta. Tell your Sips to extend Arch so he's their QB the next 2 years. Will never make the playoffs.northeastag said:

Actually, most of Sips wins are back during racial-segregation when A&M was a military school. It's not far from .500 in the last 45 years. Think these last 2 losses pulled it below .500 for us.#1AG777 said:
They almost have a 70% winning percentage against us. It's infuriating, not timing…
I'm sure those woke dorks will do that with their tails between their legs bleeding the whole way.BTHOB-98 said:

If tu gets in because of tv viewership then just get of the committee altogether and make the playoffs the 12 teams with the highest viewership that season. Just burn this stupid **** to the ground.

The loss sucks and hopefully it motivates the team like OSU losing last year to MI, but it let tu have false hopes and only to get their imaginary spot in the CFP removed.
The loss allowed Archie and Sarky to plea their case so that if OK, Miami,Vandy, ND or Oregon lost maybe just maybe the sips would get a seat. Herby, Finebaum and even Saban were suggesting it was not fair to be punished for playing OH State.
Then one door after the other slammed shut and now the Manning Media Machine is being shut down until next year. Warby Parker and Vuori may as well hire the bud light advertising genius.
The season and the last hope went down the old Cooper pooper.

Has anyone thought about the fact that we could be a 6 seed and host tu as an 11 if they get in?

They would not be an 11 seed, the 11 seed will be the ACC champion and the 12 seed will be the group of 5 champion. They would have to be the 10 seed which means they would have to replace ND, OU, Alabama, or Ole Miss

Y'all all gonna be pissed when you watch the committee put these cock suckers in a position to get in from the Conference Championship losses. A 2 loss BYU will 100% get ****ed by losing to Tech again. They WILL NOT put Vandy in ahead of Texas and they will use the "Head to Head" argument to justify it. I guarantee they are lobbying to the highest powers because they beat OU and A&M and we're in. It's the Texas way, they throw a fit and get their way. I HOPE I'm wrong.
Just remember this SAME committee ****ed a 13-0 Florida State from getting in. They ****ed us in favor of ND and they WILL drop or kick out Ole Miss because of all this coaching drama. Ole Miss, OU, Vandy, TAMU and the loser of the SECCG are "At Large" selections, NOT guarantees.
