If Virginia goes out and dominates Duke, do they pass Bama for 10 and out Bama at 11? Don't see the committee pushing Bama out for an L in CCG

Duke is 7-5. Virigina is supposed to dominate so nothing is gain if they do that.

Does Duke pulling the upset help us? Virginia would be knocked out of the playoffs and Miami would get in, which would give the committee the chance to avoid a rematch and put us against the Canes in the first round.

My gut is telling me that if for some reason ND and Miami are next to each other, the give Miami the edge. Which would keep ND with us

I think the committee keeps ND ahead of Miami despite the H2H, as they already are ahead. And to avoid the rematch.

I think we are all putting too much stock in the exact ranking…I think the committee is currently ranking them based on where they belong but I think they will massage final ranking to avoid repeat matchups….i could still see us getting a 6 seed or Miami jumping to a 10 to avoid the A&M -ND rematch
