I'm convinced the refs are told when to call holding. Unless they are told via their headset, they don't call it

They gave an explanation-it occurred behind the line of scrimmage and contact is therefore legal.

No we are talking about the constant tackles and strangle holds against Howell. But great job of picking the one time we benifited from it eyore.
