Continuing with the wad note, I believe I saw that there are only 3 living veterans of Pearl harbor and none of them were up to the trip for the memorial.

That generation is almost gone. I'm 65 and I can't imagine my generation taking on that challenge nearly as well as they did. Can't even begin to imagine if we needed 16 million today to defend our way of life.

Anyway, thank God for the men and women who took care of business back then. God Bless 'em all. If you get the chance to be with one, you are very lucky and should treasure the experience. You'll probably have to almost force them to talk about it but it will be well worth it.
