I have listened to ESPN "championship drive" and SEC Network "SEC Now." These talking heads are not respecting us at all. Almost seems like it's funny to them to disrespect us, especially on SEC network.

We are literally given a ton of respect in the lead article on ESPN.com. Even a cursory, half-effort search would have found this.

I learned when I was in college to not waste time listening to others that have agendas. And that was a long long time ago!

Winning cures all ills and games respect.
Beat tu and we would've had more respect.
Now we have a chance to regain some respect by beating Miami.
We'll see what kind of desire for more respect this team has when we play the hurricanes.

On the SEC network it's probably coming from Dohring. He got offended by some fan backlash because of his stupid takes on A&M early in the season such as not finishing seasons, blah blah blah. Now he's just gone full nut job when he talks A&M.

As for not finishing a season, his senior year, UF finished their season with a 62-14 ass kicking from Nebraska. I guess he's got some experience with that topic.

We are not going to get respect until we earn that respect. We have never won anything when the chips were down. If we want respect - beat Miami, then beat Ohio State.

They are still looking at our "lower half of the SEC" schedule and loss to the only team in the top half that we played. Thank goodness we beat ND (and S Car), or we may not even be in the playoffs.

There's no doubt in my mind we wouldn't be in with 2 losses . What you say is 100% spot on. You want respect you have to win against teams that are considered contenders . That's when and only when people notice.

Well, if the Ags did what they needed to do, it would have been a different tune

Galloway and McElroy agreed that A&M is a team that can make a run from the teams playing round one like Ohio State last year. Galloway had Miami as his main one, but agreed with McElroy that we could be that team. They're obviously going to say the top four are the favorites and pump them up the most because those teams earned it.

We went 11-1. The only team that did not take a loss this year was Indiana.

There is obviously recency bias and we are all upset about Texas, but we did what we needed to do this year.

The reason we are not getting respect is our past failures, in past seasons.

My point is, we can change a lot by winning now. I think we are going to make a run and shut these guys up.
