We won't be able to run on them so I hope 2nd half Marcel shows up. All I know is KC will give 100% and hopefully that's enough!

Bottom line they lost 2 games in the ACC. They have talent, but they aren't a great team. Beck is prone to having a wtf game.

As does Marcel unfortunately. So whichever QB shows up for each team will determine most of it.

It's simpler than that. Both are really good and can be elite in clean pockets.

Both can be erratic and make terrible game changing mistakes when pressured.

At least Marcel has the scrambling ability.

Oh, he has the ability. In spades.

The question is whether or not the head coach of K State will allow him to use it or not.

I swear, his legs are a MAJOR advantage for us, but Klein seems to want to not use it for whatever reason.

So much this. Not having more designed run plays for Marcel was my major problem with Klein last year. Marcel has JFF like running ability when given the opportunity. I understand wanting to develop him as a pocket passer early in the season and wanting to avoid injury, but we're in the big show now and you've got to use all the ammo available to you.

This should've been the attitude beginning with the tu game, and the fact that it wasn't leads me to believe it'll be more of the same from Klein. The only time Marcel runs will be on broken plays.

Hopefully Craver is 100% by then and starts playing like his old self too.
