It's not simplistic, it's wrong. It comes down to OL. In games where Reed wasn't under pressure, he was good, sometimes elite. In games where he was forced to be uncomfortable, he was hit or miss.

Reed can help the OL by running from the pocket. Enough of those and the rush will slow down and the LBs will have sit.

Or rather, Klein can help the o-line by allowing Reed to do what he does best instead of handcuffing him.

I swear we are the only program in the country that possesses a massive, game changing advantage and refuse to use it.

Perhaps it's time for Reed to call his own plays. It's not like Klein will/can pull him so I say audible out of any **** play Klein calls if they are not working.

Yeah, it's pretty much this.

And I believe that an AWFUL lot of his performance is determined by his legs. Even his passing.

Let him run. It settles him down and gives him a confidence. And it slows the pass rush and keeps the line backers in check.

But no.... Mr coach Klein wants to force him to be a pocket passer.

These guys are doing permanent damage to the relationship between the ACC and A&M.

I think we can beat Miami.

I don't think we stand a chance against Ohio State.

I am just hoping for a miracle that our abysmal performance against Texas was a learning experience for coaches and players alike and has lit a fire that propels us to a national championship before all this business of college football gets significantly worse.

At the start of the season, I thought the Miami lines were all-world and didn't want anything to do with playing Miami. They looked the part, they played the part...I truly thought they had the best in the trenches in college football.

Then I got to watch them in person when they played SMU, and I was underwhelmed. Looked nothing like what I saw in the first couple of weeks on TV.

I doubt A&M will have much issue dealing with UM in the trenches.

Teams can have bad games or an ineffective game plan. Can't react to one game, they will be ready for us and it will be a war.

How is it a matchup nightmare? Seems to be a meeting of two fairly equal teams.

If CK was not "handcuffing" him but protecting him we should see more runs. "Win or go home" should change his approach if that is what has been going on. It will be interesting to watch.

I'm just saying I came away from the SMU game with a different view of their lines than what I had earlier in the season, and I don't think they are the all-world that I originally thought.

I admit I have only seen a couple of a&m games this season, both on TV, but in my opinion I think a&m will not have much of an issue with Miami.

I could be completely wrong, and I could be letting the one game I saw in person cloud my judgement.
