I was there. I also witnessed the second largest choke at UCLA in 2017. I guess I'm bad luck.

It was a bad call. We never had full possession of the ball before it went into the end zone. Should've been a touchback. However, we lost that game by 13, so it doesn't really matter.

Thanks 12thmanfootball.

I was not aware of this rule. I'll have to find a way to work into the conversation with the Christmas crowd. Hopefully they will marvel at my superior level of sports knowledge.

I saw both our occurrence and the KSt/Ore game live. Funny thing is that it was the same tv announcers for both games.

During our game nobody had a clue what was happening (they eventually figured it out). When it happened during KSt/Ore they knew immediately what the call should be because of our game several years before.
