Players were wide open all game. Reed for as great of a leader as he has been had a really poor night seeing the field. Owens had a poor night running the ball. The players were put in position to succeed. Yes there are always things a coaching staff can do better.
But sometimes (and actually most of the time) it truly is the players that matter more.
Opposing defenses want to get us into a game where Reed is operating from the pocket and having to read coverages. That's usually where the offense stalls and where Reed makes mistakes. The run game, QB run, quick passes/screens is probably where the offensive staff needs to find success early to keep the offense moving. If we have success running the ball then we'll control the game and win.
Miami is talented and they're going to score on our defense so the offense cannot stall. We cannot get into the type of game where we're relying on the QB to make plays operating in the pocket. The offensive game plan against tu was garbage. We need and expect Klein to have a better plan and to play to our team's and personnel's strengths.

Sorry if my ad hominem interrupted your football Mensa meeting. You and the rest of the atom splitters may want to look up "irony" while you're in there.
Anytime you want to address anything I actually posted, feel free.
I know it kicks your hypothesis right in the junk and makes your claims indefensible, which is why you went the ad hominem route.
So, you got shut down. You have no factual response. Your choices now are continue to personally attack me, or fade into the sunset and forget you posted on this thread.
Either is fine with me.
The guy who wanted to measure peckers about football knowledge is now complaining about personal attacks?!? Whatever helps you sleep at night.
You're so far up your own ass you don't know which way is up.
You're white knighting for the dude that called a 30 yard pass on 3rd and 2 against the sips and trying to pin that on the players. And that's merely one of his baffling decisions over the past few games.
Go sniff your own farts somewhere else.
Some of our fans only care about sip, it's pitiful and sad. They should just go to Walmart and become a fan of them for $7.99.Heineken-Ashi said:boyfriend said:beerad12man said:

Not this moronic crap again. Reed was great in the pocket all year. Where he struggled, like most college QB's (with Beck the unquestioned leader) was when the pocket broke down. And even then, some of his best plays came in those situations.
You crying babies literally took the Texas game and decided it was the whole season. It's just not true. Sorry.

We usually pee down our leg on the biggest stage.
Every team but 1 does every year. Only one team can win it all. The others pee down their legs eventually.
