Yeah, it does suck, but you can't blame the kid. Having to sit and watch those last few games had to be eye opening.

He wasn't that highly recruited out of high school. I think it worked out alright for him. I hope he gets to compete wherever he winds up but I'm not remotely torn up over this.

Not really. Since Elko has been here, we have taken the following in the 2025 to 2027 classes currently committed at CB:

6-0
6-1
5-11
6-2
6-0
5-11
6-2
5-11

And the 5-10 and one of the 5-11 guys were both for nickel. We have taken one outside corner under 6 feet in those 3 classes.
