I love how our CBs / RBs are shaping up for the next year or 2 but both lines of scrimmage look brutal right now. Hopefully Hicks, Evans, Kennedy are ready to be dudes for us next year.

Why losing Hatton (sp) to OU was an issue, but picking up RB out of FL helped (Baker). Edwards capable of seeing playing time next year (and so is Baker).

My opinion is we definitely take a RB in the portal (if a top RB is available esp a between the Tackles get a first down back).

I probably wasn't as dialed in as you guys, but at this time last year, I wouldn't have predicted the rise of players like Cashius Howell to All-American this season.

Point is, we have some really great athletes and I am bullish on their future, regardless of experience.

Morrow and Riden are solid, with us seeing more of Morrow this year. He had a sweet spin move TD and a nice receiving TD.

However, I think it could be a good idea to get someone out of the portal with elite speed.

As much as I agree with you on a between the tackles RB, what has hurt us since Achane left is speed. We need elite speed

Need a big back. Morrow and Owens have plenty of speed. I'd also try to get Bussey involved in the back field again. He looked good doing it against OSU in a pinch.

I'd try real hard to get the LB out of OU. We are a stud LB and true run stuffing DT away from this defense being elite. Too many long runs at the worst moments this year.

We have Owens, Morrow, Ridden, and in coming Edwards, and Baker. That's a pretty talented group and the future looks bright for a couple of these guys but adding one RB that's a true junior or senior with SEC experience would be ideal.

Edwards that's coming in has speed to burn. Does he have Achane speed I don't know, there's not too many guys out there with his speed. But Edward's is fast.

We will be picking up both lines but especially OL in the portal. Our starters that we are losing weren't that great anyway.
