I think that was our biggest downfall this season. We won a lot of games despite it because of who we were playing.

Unless Reed can somehow add 20+ lbs of muscle over the off season.. I just don't see him succeeding at the highest levels (conference / national championships)

He's nimble and that benefits him... but he can't shrug off contact in the pocket and struggles to muscle in throws when moving.

In 12 games we only had one fumble, which is great. INTs, too many.

D didn't get enough TOs.

Can we also talk about why we didn't have very many interceptions? Is it just scheme (keeping players in front of us vs jumping routes)? Skill/technique? Poor hands?

Seemed like there were quite a few close calls, but just never really caught that many.

We're more of a pass block defense than a ball hawk defense in the secondary

Could that be an issue if Marcel is practicing against a defense that doesn't intercept him? I'm sure they try different things but it's a thought.

Reed had 2 fumbles in the same Carolina game.

Hard to beat the more complete top 20 teams with our margin. Also, our two losses were against two teams in the top 11 in turnover margin.

Have Elko's defenses ever been able to generate a lot of turnovers?

How many games did we have INT's hit defenders in the hands and they dropped it? How many times did the opposing teams fumble and we didn't recover it?
