I'm hearing we already made a serious pass at Illini kicker David Olano who entered the portal today. He was the top-ranked kicker in the 2023 recruiting class and lived up to it at Illinois. Would be a huge upgrade if we can land him.

I know we won the game but missing a field goal against Auburn sure made the game closer than it should have been. So if we can find a good kicker definitely get him.

Looking like David Olano from Illinois. Kicked the game winning field goal against Tennessee in the Music City Bowl game. 87% in 2025. Seems, if true, we upgraded an area of concern.
