Just an FYI to those that may have sold Aggie football tickets through SeatGeek - make sure your payout information and routing numbers are accurate. I had a wire routing number keyed in for my account instead of an ACH routing number and just noticed a few weeks ago that I didn't receive funds from the Samford game that we weren't able to make this year.
Even though the payout shows as processed with no errors in the SeatGeek system, I reached out to a CSR and they confirmed that the transaction did not complete. I did some looking through statements and found the same from a game in the '23 season as well. After updating, I was able to have them reprocess my payouts and funds are pending now.
For those that don't keep a close eye on their bank statements and just assume vendors are handling everything, this is a good reminder to make sure your accounts settle, SeatGeek was sitting on a nice chunk of change of mine.
