Men’s Basketball
Texas A&M is on fire as they dominated the Bulldogs last Wednesday, 88-68. They shot a season-high 95.8 percent from the FT line with 18 assists and 13 forced turnovers.

They did it all again on Saturday against South Carolina. Zach Clemence’s 21 points, Rylan Griffen’s 16 and Rashaun Agee and Pop Isaacs both with 11 helped the Ags secure their 92-69 victory.

The win improved the Aggies to 6-1 in conference play and hold the conference’s top spot, but still remain unranked.

They will return to the court on Saturday at 12 p.m. when they take on the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens.

Women’s Basketball
Last Thursday, the Aggies dropped the ball to No. 6 LSU and were defeated again at Missouri on Sunday, 81-70.

Standout Ny’Ceara Pryor totaled 35 points and 10 rebounds between the two games, but that wasn’t enough to keep the Aggies from falling to 1–6 in SEC play.

A&M will have another chance to redeem itself tomorrow at No. 10 Oklahoma at 6 p.m. CT.

Football
The Hendricks Award Foundation announced Cashius Howell was named one of five finalists for the 2025 Ted Hendricks Defensive End of the Year Award after finishing the season with an impressive 11.5 sacks and 41 QB pressures, according to PFF.

Also, some familiar faces were seen in the East-West Shrine Bowl. Armaj Reed-Adams, Tyler Onyedim, Tyreek Chappell and Albert Regis all represented the West team and Taurean York for the East. All these Aggies departed by the actual game was played.
