First off, I'm not the OP. Second, you are the epitome of dense. Whether or not a Heisman caliber QB within our conference who just filed for additional eligibility but was denied, all in a rapidly changing NCAA landscape that we are all trying to understand is quite obviously relevant to A&M football discussion.

Next, you're going to tell me that whether or not Bediako should have been allowed to play in the basketball game last night is not A&M related either...

Go away during the off-season if you dont want to see discussions.

He will likely still play. As someone noted, a friendly judge will grant a "temporary" restraining order and he'll be allowed to play until that is resolved. They'll delay the hearing as much as possible (see Alabama basketball) and he'll play before it is "resolved" in the court.

Because the NFL is the beginning of the end of a football career. Why wouldn't you try to max out your financial opportunities at the college level first
