Elko has proven he can spot talent and develop them into NFL draft picks, especially unheralded guys no one expected to be drafted.

He is killing it so far on the recruiting trail so we may finally have a coach who can recruit, evaluate and develop. Exciting times for us moving forward. I think making the playoffs will be the floor for Elko moving forward in seeing that he knows how to build a team.
