I'm gunna have to nominate the confused Okie Lite fan who mockingly yelled "Farmers Fight" at random times during the game. I guess he didn't know OSU was formerly Oklahoma A&M...

The guys you are referring to were in row 26 of Section 504. I was in row 25, and wow, that was an experience.

What can I say about those guys, and most especially about the one in the 12th Man jersey that looks nothing like any jersey A&M has ever worn, that hasn't already been said about herpes. It takes a lot to make me embarrassed to be an Aggie, last night it took just you. You announced your presence by trying to figure out who in your group and snuck in what hard liquor. Western Beverages has nothing on your stash up there. That was the highlight. Not that you needed it with how drunk you were already.

For the rest of the first half, you proceded to stand the entire time, try and lead yells, and constantly told us to "Hump it." Besides the fact that you are not a yell leader, didn't it seem odd that EVERYONE else in the Zone was sitting? Or not doing yells? If your language had been the biggest problem, that would have been one thing. But you made it your personal mission to turn Aggie Football into some suffering experience. Then you complained that you were the only Aggie up there. The rest of us were apparantly lost and at the wrong game.

It finally took someone who had family in from New Zealand and was trying to show them what Aggie Football was to ask you to sit down. That only seemed to set you off. When the cop game up, I thought it funny when you said that you basically going to fight him. How you weren't escorted out right then, I don't know.

Half time was fun. You must really like the Aggie Band just standing because you kept yelling when they were starting. Here's a hint, listen. Then you proceeded to sing the War Hymn as they stepped off. Who does that? Again, we are not in the student section.

It was such a relief when you left, but not before telling the daughter of the man that asked you to sit down, and who was trying to prevent a flare up, that you were leaving because you were classy and she was not. WOW! Not only are you annoying, but clueless also. Only after you left when people started laughing, high-fiving, and generally enjoying themselves did we see what a disaster you truely were.

A Junior Jackass Award goes to your friends who didn't keep you in line and left it to random strangers. The whole time, the only one to yell anything negative to the eight Okie Staters in the forward rows came from your group.

The funny thing is, you thought you were supporting your team. The greatest service you could do for A&M would be to wear burnt orange. I hope no one ever mistakes you for an Aggie, because you don't get it.

(I thought about telling you this at the game, but thats not why were there. Have fun, be repectful of the players and your fellow fans, and represent what you stand for. Who knows how you would have handled this news.)

Aggies are about tradition! For you who complain about "uncover" and "off the wood", should really reconsider going to A&M. I am in Iraq right now and I could only wish to be at Kyle Field on Game day! If A&M loses anymore Traditions then we will just be ordinary like t.u!!

Agreed. They also had two tables that were blocking the entrance to the tunnel with a few beers on it, and the d***he continued to say you know you want them but you can't to everyone.

the whole uncover thing...is dumb...it originally came from the corp having to uncover during yells, cause their hats kept falling off...so because the corps didn't want to be picking up their hats after each yell, they'd uncover before each yell...

this whole new "uncover" thing going on now started with fish camp...and from what ive been able to find, the first fish camp session was in 1981...so when you look into the grand scheme of things, meaning when this university opened, it hasn't been that long, and i doubt they were preaching "uncover" at the first year of fish camp....so stop thinking this a huge tradition for the student body that has been going on since the beginning....

i get uncovering at the MSC...it's a memorial...bad bull to not uncover at the MSC...

but kyle field is a football field...it's not a memorial, at least...not anymore, now that people are allowed on the field after the game......

stop heading the word of fish camp and worshiping every single thing they told you there...think for yourself and make up your own mind...

at fish camp we don't tell freshmen to scream at each other to uncover. we tell them its a sign of respect in the msc and during spirit/war hymn, and that we do it during yells just cause its been carried down through the years from the "all-reg" old army days.

also, the first fish camp was during 1954 or '55.

i went to their website...what i found was the first namesake was in 1981 according to the official fish camp website...so apparently they didn't start having namesakes until roughly 30 years after it started....

...oh well....don't really care....i still stand by my comments stating that this whole uncover obsession is pointless and only shows how obnoxious these aggie uncover nazis can be....

The people around me in section 505 who were yelling wrecking crew after we made one play on defense as we were giving up close to 300 yards in the first half.

Did not make the game, but my girlfriend was on second deck close to the handicap row and she said some guy puked everywhere. including the camera and cell phone on the row in front of him...

We in section 506 also were watching all the action going on in section 504 with the campus cops and the wanna be yell-leader in the maroon (or was it purple?) 12th man jersey. Farmer John, who was the chick in the 'Book'em Horns t-shirt that was staning behind the cop pointing out people in the section? I noticed that she wasn't necessarily the 'friendly' one either as she marched down the steps flipping off everyone as she went.

Have to say it was more exciting to watch section 504 action than the game at that time. Thankfully they left the stadium and our Aggie team returned in the 2nd half.
