Very good condition. Some nicks on the edge from the chair but no gouges or scratches on surface.
Right lower file drawer has a crack in the particle board but I had files in it, so it didn't affect how it works.
The vinyl in the Chair cushion was professionally reupholstered in 2022 with actual leather.
