I've got a Tree Frog swing set that my son does't use anymore. It's in incredible shape. Was purchased with the wood upgrade package and I recently restained the whole thing, so it looks brand new and won't need to be stained for another several years. I called Tree Frog and an identical one today is $4,800 before taxes and the set up fee. It's located in Katy and I'm asking $3,250, which includes delivery and set up anywhere in the Houston metroplex. If you are interested, let me know and you are more than happy to come check it out. I have a similar set but the slide comes out the side opposite the swing set instead of over the chain ladder. I mention this as this one could probably be adapted to that if someone didn't want the slide out that side.

Edit to note that I also added pavers underneath after having the bottoms replaced under warranty.

Yeah, we made that change to fit our backyard arrangement. I'm sure that can be modified for a reasonable price.

That's the most Katy backyard and neighborhood I've ever seen.

I just bought a couple gallons from Tree Frogs. Probably a little more expensive, but it matches the original stain color, which is what I wanted.

Wow. That looks exactly like my Kingwood back yard over the years. Same swing set, same trampoline. Both are now at friends houses.
