With delivery, would they be able to spread out the mulch as well(assuming a fee, of course?)

Yes, we can accommodate this request. Our scouts will be able to spread the mulch when they deliver it on Saturday, March 15th. We do not have a set fee for it, but a donation of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
