Was it froma distillery or fresh? Wine barrel?
What was in it and how dry is it?

I want it for materials, I'm not planning to age anything in it.

This barrel came from Gibbs Brothers Cooperage, I used one time for spirits. The inside is charred from the maker. Gibbs Brothers makes barrels for the large distillers. Barrel is currently dry, would have to keep wet for 24 hours to hold liquid..
