I heard this morning that there should still be an arbitration hearing to come. And that it should take at least a few months, so hopefully we'll be able to participate in the coming summer window with the ban taking place after that.

That would completely defeat the purpose of the ban, but I'm sure that something like this will happen

The club's contention is with FIFA's inconsistency during the appeals process.

FIFA let other clubs continue to deal in the windows during the appeals process, but they're not in this case. Seems just a little unfair, but so is trailing minors outside the rules. You'd think we would have better documentation with this type of stuff.
