That's what I think as of today - France has been the best with Belgium and Croatia equally good. If Croatia wins then I'll feel like they're the best team but you're really splitting hairs between Belgium, France, and Croatia.

Agree with this, but F France. They'll be as insufferable as England would be if they won.
