I'm all for playing some players that don't necessarily see the field when we are down (or up), but at this point I feel like giving Sample the option to RS is better than wasting minutes here and there and not giving the future option for a 5th year, at A&M or another grad school.

I have little to comment on the rest of the game because it was a little painful to watch. I said in the beginning of the year that Asdis and Bates should be swapped and I still stand true to that. I wish the coaches would just try it.

She had already played this year. Redshirting for developmental reason is pretty rare anyway. Usually just for injury to for international play.

The offense did the same as against terrible alabama

It was very apparent early that A&M was not likely to win this match. With Watt on the bench, our attack drops off dramatically. Bates created our best chances but McCain, Asdis, Smith, Crabtree, and ABC were entirely ineffective.

Tenn had injuries and players out. They had deeper bench and out back line finally imploded.

Two of the the goals where just us giving it to them on poor passes or misplaying them all, no effort needed at all.

She has given up boned headed goals too. The first goal is all they needed. That was us not marking their players, that's poor team defense. Notice we had those chances but Tenn played much better defense.

I missed that she had played earlier this year. I figured coming back from a knee injury would let this be a RS year. It's more of something I wish I had done back in my day and wish some more girls would take advantage of, especially with today's world of requiring a masters degree + five years of experience + a sacrifice before getting a good job.

Karlina played in the 2 games in Hawaii. What had made this team different than other years was the ability to score goals, so 2 straight shut outs is hard to understand. I think hosting more than a first round game in the NCAA Tournament is now gone.
