After the Centario I said that we should have a 4 year rotation like:

Year 1 - Gold Cup/Copa America (separate)
Year 2 -
Year 3 - Combined Americas Cup
Year 4 - World Cup

CONMEBOL wants to get away from having a year 1 tournament, wants to align it with Euro's on year 2 ongoing.
