Am I going to have to pay for NBC's new subscription vehicle to watch 80% of the EPL games this year? Just about all the games are on Peacock this weekend!
Not just a lot of games but a lot of good games. The days of watching United/Chelsea/Arsenal/Spurs/Liverpool every weekend are gone. They are putting lots of big games online.Aston94 said:

i did the trial. peacock is pretty terrible compared to other streaming services.jeffk said:
Is the main gripe having to pay for Peacock on top of already paying for NBCSports access? Double-paying basically?
you will only get to see certain games, not all games you want.jeffk said:
Sure, I get that part. I did a week-long trial early this summer, and yeah the interface is clunky but I bet that improves.
As someone who has no cable subscription, I can pay $5/month and get a bunch live matches each week plus all of them via replay. I guess I don't understand the uproar.

I have no problem paying for premier league. I love being able to have the games on my phone and tv.
We now get EVERY game.
Yes and no.JCRiley09 said:
So since I didn't wake up at 6am to watch spurs, do I really have to wait until 8pm tonight to see a replay? This is BS. Completely locks me out of my phone all day if I don't want to get spoiled
Add to that, Fox dropped the Bundesliga rights this year. They were quite good at putting games on FS1 and FS2. ESPN is putting nearly everything on ESPN+. Sad state of affairs for us. (To be fair, I like the ESPN broadcasts better so far, but as Riley mentioned above, no one is going to accidentally find these games and fall in love anymore.)DeangeloVickers said:
Now that I've slept on this I really hate it.
They are Longhorn Networking the Premier League... Meaning less eyes are going to watch and it's not gonna grow the sport in the US
