Caldwell had more action in that second half than all of our keepers combined in the previous 8.5 games.

Not a soccer strategist, but our prevent defense plus poor clearing and passing ability kept the ball in our half during 2nd period. Wind was a factor but does not totally override ball control.

Will have a tough time against Vandy if we play like we did today. However, during tournament time, it's win anyway you can and move on.

With Sawyer Dumond starting tonight 18 of our 23 players have started at least 1 game.

Good win by the Ladies. LSU had won two tournament games. As a number of folks commented when we played them in the regular season, they are athletic and surprisingly winless during the regular season.

With Vanderbilt winning, we still have on paper the easiest path to the finals. The Pigs won and USC is up 3 - 0 in the second half, so it looks like the two of them will battle it out to hopefully face us on Sunday. Let's hope USC and Arkansas have to play two overtimes Thursday night!
