Portland v Seattle is playing green against green. And maybe it's just my tv, but the image quality is crap. Green kits, green grass, green banners. It's a little much.

Colorado v Minnesota was awful too. Not sure how MLS lets this happen pretty often.

The bummer is this is just going to result in Adidas pumping out more bland white kits. They just need to bring back 3rd kits so they'll have another option. As crazy as it seems to have green on green, they were probably easier to differentiate than if Seattle had worn their purple/black away kits.

That's a head scratcher because we have a light blue we now wear at home in place of those grays. I didn't know the grays were becoming the road kit.

Today is Austin's turn to be on Twitter and I might be away from a phone/iPad/tv. Any idea on whether a replay will be available later today?

Seattle out to their best start ever. Had 20 minutes this season from our best player. We're giving significant minutes to kids. Nouhou has gone from eccentric quirky but sometimes unreliable LB to eccentric quirky lockdown beast LCB in a stifling 3 man back line. Alex Roldan, who was a liability all through the playoffs last year and kinda the scapegoat for why we were trounced so hard in MLS Cup, has been a revelation in his move to WB. This is MLS, we are going to have attrition and crap refs and random bangers and summer doldrums and lose games, but the ability of our 3-5-2 to just chill out and absorb pressure and then flip the kill switch in the 2nd half is just awesome and I love watching it.

What a tremendous end to a match. 3 goals after 80'. Atlanta gets one to presumably put the game away but Philly comes back from 2-0 and that rocket was the equalizer. Stunning.

How much of that is on the keeper versus the clueless defender? I mean it's all around awful. But two people made that play.

I don't know it looks like he could have easily called him off and cleared it. The old baseball scenario comes to mind where it's easier for a CF running in to make a play than a SS running back.

The ball deflects off the defenders head as he is running back, that's just unlucky.

Also sure looks like Zardes got away with shoving them into the goal
