I like it, he's achieved pretty much anything you could ask for as a player and has had exposure to some of the greatest managers in the game. As a manger he was great at Derby and wasn't bad at Chelsea, lots of fingers to point there.

Either way he's a modern manager who knows the league, he should definitely bring a different feel than the last few appointments. Fingers crossed we can make a few moves before the window closes and have a strong second half of the season.

At this point, I'll settle for "not involved in a relegation battle" for the rest of the season. Get the Bramley Moore Dock Stadium finished and start really attracting higher caliber talent.
