Shaq Moore has earned a spot in the WCQ roster, IMO. Vines makes all the overlapping and attacking runs you want to see in a full back but kinda like Beasley, lacks stature defensively. Still, Vines is as good as Antonee Robinson on the "A team".

I was impressed with Sands whom I had never really watched before. Miles Robinson was pretty solid as well.

In the midfield, Lleget and Busio were just okay. Acosta was very good defensively, very important for a 6, but in possession, his passing and decisions were not good enough. All options at 6 right now are a big drop from Tyler Adams.

I wanted Gioachinni to show more as a fresh sub, because I think he has "it", but not many chances to show it playing wider today.

I really like Hoppe- his energy and attitude were solid. He's going to be a good one.

Not worried about Dike. Lack of involvement is not all on him, but playmakers need to find a way to get more involved.

Busio was less than okay...

That was a fun match to watch live.

Acosta looked amazing with his touches and quickness, but just struggled with his passes

Hoppe was terrific he is a dude

Just hung out with Matt Turners dad and Matts girlfriend for a bit. Really cool, what a year and experience

The only things I remember of Arriola's night is a couple of defensive backtracks and a cross to Hoppe that was just too long on a counter.

I think Sands is the best backup for Adams as a 6, and this game was a chance for him to show what he can do as a centerback when its not a 3 back formation.

Gives us good roster flexibility.

All of our midfield struggled with inconsistency and an uncanny knack for turning the ball over precisely when the rest of the team was pivoting towards the attack. Acosta was the best of the three, but he too made some mistakes that will get you beat against better teams.

Either way, yes a more true defensive minded 6. Which you can play when both your centerbacks are being asked to make progressive passes in this system. Would just need your '8's to be better about showing for the ball and turning with it.

The field slowed down the ball quite a bit. The ball also checked up on the long passes. Really weird.

Dike was also involved in the Championship playoffs. Then came back to Orlando. When has the guy had some off time to recover?
