I dislike Mexico's team a lot, but why are they even looking at this play? He plays the ball, and because the Panama guy comes in late he steps on his leg.

Wow. Leave aside for a moment the PK call and it's eventual annulment. The manhandling of the Referee by the Panamanians was disgusting. They had hands all over him, grabbing his arms and shoulders.
