Well it seems to me we never learn from the past. We keep making the same coaching errors time and time again. So maybe it needs to be constantly stated.

Some things don't need to be said every f***ing week over and over.

I ignore nearly everything in premium except for recruiting updates.

saw the tcu match last night...we played well despite only having approximately 30% possession, hopefully they can keep this up into conference play

Most of all, please pray for my babies. I do not worry about my village… they are rock solid and they come together like concrete… nothing will break them. But please pray for my babies while I battle. Pray for their little minds to be filled with nothing but peace, joy, happiness, and love as they enjoy their ongoing slumber party with their cousins. Please circle them with love as you have circled me. They know that Jesus lives in their hearts in love and with your love poured onto them they will know that He is walking alongside them on this path.
It is with a heart so full of gratitude that I thank you all. God is love. Keep that love coming!

Uhh, Coach G's contract is up and will not be renewed. I am surprised you did not know that considering how tied in to women's sports as you are.

Obviously, but Trev Alberts has shown that he doesn't mind losing, even doesn't mind being dead last in conference. There's a chance he lets G wait around till spring and sinks this program even further. He sat around and saw every starter leave last year and kept Coach G, he's seen Joni finish last in the conference and watched her team fall apart and did nothing. I have zero faith in Trev caring about winning. He's allowing two of our storied programs fall apart and become national embarrassments. I love these two sports and it's very hard to watch. I just want to win man. Or at least not be a laughing stock.

Softball: We let Jo Evans ride out her contract and replaced her with Trisha Ford. Tisha's teams are very competitive in the SEC and on the national scene. A major upgrade!

Volleyball: We didn't extend Bird and let her go. In comes Jamie Morrison puts volleyball on the map as a nationally recognized program. A definite major upgrade.

Soccer: Toxic G is leaving the program like he found it, scraping the bottom. Player retention tells you all you need to know about the state of the program. The current talent level is not up to SEC standards. Fortunately with the RIGHT coach next year, along with NIL & the portal, soccer can be rebuilt over night.

Women's basketball: Joanie's program has been a disappointment and this is definitely a make or break year. Not sure how good the mass of new players brought in,will compete in the SEC? Could be another soccer situation where they play just good enough to lose or they could do better and still be mediocre. We'll know for sure at the end of the season.

I think Trevor is doing as good a job as could be expected with the mess he was handed along with the contract restraints. So Let's cut him some slack. Changing AD's at this point would be a huge mistake!

Men's basketball: Buzz flew the coop and took a couple of good players with him. Buzz could get us to a point but no further. Mid season conference melt downs were annoying and dropped us down in post season.

In comes Bucky Ball. A high energy coach who believes in having a roster with more than a few 3-point shooters. Actually has the fan base excited about basketball this year. So definitely a positive hire after the Buzz took off. Plus we didn't have to buy out his contract. I hope the terp fans are as nice to him as they were to Turgeon. Who is still waiting for the Kansas job to open up.

I get having patience, but is it impossible to ask that out alma mater and athletic department not allow teams to completely crater and finish dead last before a change is made…

we should always be proactive and trying to stay competitive. With how much money we bring in, our spending budget, the state we can recruit in, the degree we offer. There is no absolute reason we should be absent from a post season tournament in any non revenue sport.

Women's basketball and soccer have been outperformed and sometimes lose to mid majors in state. G is the highest paid coach in the country, Joni is top ten. Both have teams dead last in the conference. Both are winning about a third or less than a third of their conference games and have their entire rosters leaving them in droves. Why we sit idly bye and allow this to happen is disheartening. I know sports aren't everything, but we just want to see our school and the teams we love so much win…
