Aggie Soccer rolls up to Oklahoma for a Sunday afternoon match. A&M is looking to build on Friday's victory, but will find a better team in the Sooners.

Oklahoma is 9-3-1 on the season, with a 2-3 mark in conference play. The Sooners rolled through a decent non-conference schedule, but have floundered against the best teams in the SEC.

Oklahoma lost at Kentucky 1-2, at Vanderbilt 0-3, and against South Carolina 0-2. Their SEC wins have been over Florida 2-1 and a 3-1 victory at Alabama Friday night.

Oklahoma is averaging about 2.5 goals per game, but that average goes up when they're at home. The Aggie defense continues to improve and we'd all like to see the attack really start rolling. It should be interesting to see how the team responds to Friday night's success.

Norman is just south of Oklahoma City, the largest city in the state.

B-CS is more 'in the middle of nowhere' than Norman by a long shot.

It is one of the reasons I liked going to school and living there !!

Welll, I thought we might have given up a goal or two the first half but did not so that's great. But then thought we just might grab one in the second half to pull it out but ... darn it.

I thought we looked pretty slow everywhere today. Gotta be rough playing a day game in the heat on Sunday after a battle on Thursday night (and a 6 hour bus ride in between). Certainly started off really slow. Not having Landherr or Lavender is a problem is we are going to stick with this formation. Hoping one or both can be back soon (heard Landherr isn't an acl, so that is positive news). LSU is going to be tough this week as they have size and speed.

i hope you are talking about making the SEC tourney- just need to beat LSU and Mizzou and we are in

now the NCAA tourney gonna winning the next four then 4 games at the SEC tourney - pretty simple path for a team with 1 SEC goal

I think this is well deserved. Very solid all year for us, but really stood out in that game on Thursday.
