This is where the NBA is forcing the Bulls to retaliate, and is making the game more dangerous. You have to protect your players, no matter what. If the NBA cannot enforce its own rules, you have to do it yourself, or go home. Bulls need to put Rondos face into the court, and hard enough to take him out for the entire game. It may seem harsh, but it makes the game safer in the long run. They need to force the league to step up and take care of business.

1. That breakaway steal/dunk by Joakim Noah was awesome.

2. I used to like Rondo, but he may be one of my least favorite players in the NBA now. He's just a total POS loser thug punk. I really hope that someone cheap shots him every time he goes to the lane now. I've been having Big Baby Glen Davis for several years now, but I still hate him.

3. Ben Gordon has to be the worst closer in the game. I don't want to say that he's bad in the 4th quarter or anythign like that, but when it comes down to a game winning shot, he just can't hit the broad side of a barn to save his life. I think last year they pointed out that he was like 0-18 in game winning shots in his career and 0-8 on the year or something. The guy cannot just iso the other team's best defender and put up a quality shot. If you give him the last shot, you have to get him the ball coming off a screen or something. I'd much rather have the ball in Kirk Hinrich's hands or even Rose's hands.

I don't know why they don't just give the ball to Rose, let him iso, and take the ball to the hole. Makes no sense to me, Gordon forces too many shots.

If he doesn't get suspended over the combination of the "non flag 2" on Brad Miller in Game 5, and this play in game 6, then the league is just being blatant in their bias.

I've been saying this all along.

And as much as I think it's deserved, there is NO WAY the league suspends Rondo for Game 7. Never gonna happen.

I don't understand the last shot thought process of many coaches. Agree with the other posters about Rose taking the last shot, but I come from the viewpoint that Gordon was 4-12 at that point, Rose was 11-22, I think. Numbers will say who is more likely to make the shot....
