Mmmm I disagree...

Lebron is all about the team. He's made this known... individual stats mean nothing to him.

Lebron's main problem which I think stems from his phenom label from middle school is that he thinks it's all about him. He's the type of player that I seriously believe would rather score 50 and lose than score 10 and win. He wants the world to pay attention to him.

thanks for showing your complete ignorance on the subject and Lebron James with one post.

LeBron is all about the team but I don't think he has that walk-through-the-gates-of-hell-before-I-lose mentality that both MJ's, Bird, and, yes, Kobe have. Like somone else said, they HATED losing, I mean HATED it. Each one of those select guys did everything they could almost all year long to keep it from happening. Even LeBron himself has admitted he doesn't have the borderline insane work ethic and attention to detail that Kobe does.

Do you idiot Lebron haters remember the Magic series last year? The dude scored 40 points 3x and like 36 once in a 5 games series. He did everything humanly possible to win. But ultimately, basketball is a team sport. One person cannot win by himself.

Sure, you can hide it in the regular season by having the most athletic player in NBA history, but when the post season rolls around, you need more depth that freaking Antawn Jamison and a 350lb, 40 year old shaq. That team just isn't going to win it all. Heck last year got 49 points on 20 of 30 shooting and the Cavs still lost.
